Upon the purchase of a new Matt White Custom, all buyers are given digital access to a warranty manual and maintenance information for their new home community. This comprehensive set of web-based documents includes maintenance guidelines, warranty guidelines including what is covered, procedures for obtaining customer service assistance and a list of subcontractors who provide direct warranties. Hard copies of these documents are available upon request.
