Dublin 4 is a seven unit condominium complex. Each unit offers two bedrooms, two baths and its own two car garage. All units are three levels.

The units have been designed to have approximately 1000 ft.² of living space with one slightly larger for an ADA unit.  The exterior will be coastal modern design in white with gray and black accents. Each unit’s door will be a unique color with a nod to the colorful doors of Ireland.
